1. Return Policy
Due to the nature of food and consumable products, we generally do not accept returns once a product has been delivered.
However, returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The product received is incorrect or different from what was ordered.
- The product has crossed its expiry date at the time of delivery.
- The product packaging is tampered with or leaking upon delivery.

Requests received after 48 hours may not be eligible for return or refund.
2. Refund Policy
Once the complaint is verified by our team, refunds will be processed in the following cases:
Eligible Refunds
- Damaged product received.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Order cancelled before dispatch.
- Product unavailable after order confirmation.
Refund Process
- Refunds will be initiated within 7 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
- Depending on the payment provider or bank, the amount may reflect within 5–10 business days.
3. Replacement Policy
In cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Teijaa may choose to provide a replacement instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
4. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled
- Before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
Orders cannot be cancelled
- After dispatch.
- Once they are out for delivery.

5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Delivery failure due to customer unavailability.
- Minor variations in color, texture, aroma, or consistency that naturally occur in products.
- Products opened, consumed, or partially used by the customer.
