All products undergo quality checks before dispatch to ensure they reach you in excellent condition.

Teijaa currently delivers across most serviceable pin codes within India through trusted logistics and courier partners.
In rare cases where a location is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we may contact you to:
- Arrange an alternate delivery solution; or
- Cancel the order and initiate a full refund.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated based on:
- Delivery location
- Order value
- Weight and dimensions of the shipment
- Promotional offers in effect at the time of purchase

Free Shipping

6. Order Tracking
- You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS.
- A tracking number and courier details will be shared.
- You may track your shipment through the courier partner's tracking system.
If you do not receive tracking information within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts before returning the shipment.
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Incorrect contact number
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
The order may be returned to our warehouse. Any re-shipping requests may attract additional shipping charges.
8. Delays in Delivery

- Photographs of the package and product
- Description of the issue

10. Partial Shipments
In certain situations, an order may be fulfilled in multiple shipments due to:

Where applicable, separate tracking details will be shared for each shipment.
No additional shipping charges will be applied for such split shipments unless specifically communicated.
11. Cash on Delivery (COD)

- Limit COD availability based on order value.
- Restrict COD services for customers with repeated order refusals.
12. Risk and Ownership
Ownership and risk of loss for products pass to the customer upon successful delivery at the shipping address provided during checkout.
Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping details at the time of placing the order.
13. International Shipping
At present, Teijaa delivers only within India.
For bulk export or international inquiries, customers may contact us directly through our customer support channels.
